Manufacturing Experience: 10 years of hands on and total plant management for production manufacturing which included production, custom millwork and auto assembly plant. Projects were shipped and or installed nationally and internationally. Responsible for the quality of all outer panel assemblies from stamping the process to assembling vehicles for Mitsubishi Motors as well as maintaining robotic equipment and line cycle time. Body shop leader for new model readiness including equipment confirmation buy out approval’s in Japan. Lead Outer Panel area in ISO 9000 – 9001 setup and confirmation.

I developed and implemented a statewide marketing plan for an increase in sales. We perform estimating on residential, commercial & government projects for general and sub-contractors. I design and managed estimation spread sheets, negotiates and tracked material and labor costs.

  • Biosphere International; Tampa, FL – Estimator / Project Management; July 08 – Dec 08

Estimator for government construction projects in several southeast states. Produced and supervised pre-start scheduling and contracts while seeking  out new vendors and sub-contractors for project that range from 250k to 15 million.

  • B & B Construction Services, Inc; Fort Myers, FL. – VP of Operations March 06 –March 07

Managed all office operations and started up commercial division.  Designed estimating spread sheets, formatted job cost controls, negotiated and tracked material and labor costs. Designed and built new corporate office. B & B Stucco, Inc performed metal framing, drywall and stucco for approximately 900 units in 2006 with sales around 30 million. I managed the estimating department for performance and accuracy. Overseer of construction contracts for single family residences and multifamily ranging from 2 to 100 million (1,200 units in 2005) as well as assisted in project management for single family residences.

Responsible for the quality of all outer panel assemblies and maintained robotic and line cycle time production on all front & rear doors, tailgates, truck lids, hoods, fenders, head lamps, Kaizen shop and metal finish. Compiled steps to reduce production disturbances due to new model trials by coordinating administration, PE, QO, DC, PC, Management, Superintendents, Group Leaders & Union Associates while running five existing models on same mainbody line.
